Designed for simplicity and ease of maintenance, Fortran’s FP101 flasher cabinet is the answer to all flashing beacon needs. Featuring two 10 Amp outputs, the FP101 can be used for a single beacon or dual (wig-wag) beacon application. Built into a rugged pole mounted cabinet, the FP101 can mount right next to the beacons and only a standard single phase power drop is needed.
The heart of the FP101 Flasher Cabinet is a standard model 204 Flasher mounted in an upward-facing socket. In the event of a flasher failure, the unit can easily be unplugged and replaced with any type of Model 204 equivalent device. Each assembly also features an industrial surge protection device and 15A feed breaker. A single barrier strip located near the bottom of the rear panel allows for easy connectivity to all wiring when brought into the bottom of the cabinet.
Each assembly features a standard police lock, shipped with two keys. Standard finish is natural aluminum, but other colours can be ordered. Each assembly features a full length piano hinge and neoprene gasket to ensure a weather-tight seal when the enclosure door is shut.
FP101 assemblies can also be fitted with a time clock and control relay to create a time of day solution.
