This new plumbizer arm provides a single point mounting for traffic signal heads that is much faster and easier to install. It attaches to a mast arm, and typically supports the signal head below the top section. The plumbizer itself is a tough cast aluminum alloy, with stainless steel fastenings. It can be adjusted through 36° for vertical alignment of the signal head. The core of the arm is hollow to allow for wiring to the signal head.

The plumbizer raises the signal head higher than it would be with a top mounted hanger. It also provides better support for larger and heavier signal head configurations which may be adversely affected by high winds.
