Installation

One SRA-6LC provides protection for one (1) loop amplifier. The SRA-6LC should be installed as close as possible to the point where the detector loop wires enter the controller cabinet. Connect one of the flexible leads to each end of the loop wires. The common connection on each SRA-6LC, (10-32 x 3/8" bolt) should be connected to earth ground.

NOTES:

  1. Optimum performance is obtained by shortening the flexible leads as much as possible.
  2. Provide the lowest possible impedance to ground in the cabinet.
