On our server, your sites absolute path is /wwwroot/nt/servers/"your account"/web/.
When you FTP in, you are restricted to /wwwroot/nt/servers/"your account"/web/. You are automatically placed in the above directory, so once logged in, you can begin the copying of your content. Your index* page should be located in your FTP root directory. You have a limit of 100MB of disk space for your site content.
You can find statistics about the usage of your server by pointing your browser at http://"your URL"/stats/. In addition, you can view a monthly archive of your stats by typing http://"your directory"/stats/archive.html
