Working closely with Software, Firmware and Hardware engineers within our
Systems Division, our qualified and experienced Field Service staff offer customers the
know-how to achieve complete satisfaction. Field Service representatives have diverse
backgrounds (electronics, electrical, mechanical & traffic), offering a wealth of
knowledge and a solid foundation for Fortrans front line team.
The Field Services group was formed with the intent of
bridging a gap between in-house engineers and our customers who required hands-on support.
However, our Field Services group extends far beyond the support aspect.
Traffic Control Systems - Setup &
Integration
For every traffic system that Fortran provides, the
Field Services team is prepared to complete the setup and integration required, attaining
a fully operational turnkey traffic system. This may include database entry, drawings,
site visits, or the placement of loops and markings.
System Training
The involvement of the Field Services group does not
end with the completion of Setup and Integration. Comprehensive and straightforward
training may be provided during accomplished stages of the project, or upon completion of
the project. Training may be as general (upper management) or as detailed (daily operation
of the traffic system) as required.
Maps & Graphics
Many traffic systems have integrated peripheral
packages that help system operators to visually identify or confirm the data or reports
that are being presented by the system. Field Services can develop the graphics output to
meet your needs, or integrate an electronic map that will complete your traffic control
system.
Technical Support
Field Service representatives can offer the support
you require for system, controller or communications setup, integration and
troubleshooting.
Software Support
It is important that customers realize the full
potential of the software that they are using. Field Service representatives are qualified
and experienced at troubleshooting and affording suggestions to achieve optimum
performance of your system or Fortrans own TSDWIN software.
